Not getting the big picture. If this is the life you plan to live then i'd say TDEE is a lot higher than you think it is. Hit the gym 3-4x a week. Thats 3-4 hours a week. Stop killing yourself please. Adrenal fatigue. CNS fatigue. Overtraining. All not fun. Stop killing yourself.

If your goal is weight loss then anything goes as long as you are below TDEE. For general weight loss just get your calories in and focus on about 30% protein and 30% fats. Fill the rest with carbs. Eat them any time of the day thats convenient. If you favor 1 huge 2000 cal meal then so be it. If you like 37 tiny meals all day, knock yourself out.

Cardio after lifting. Read up on Lyle Mcdonald about cardio and ask yourself if you really need that? Or just lifting and proper diet.

OP you need a very slight deficit from TDEE to get your 5lbs. Its going to be difficult. A couple things you can do is add 1 day of intervals on an empty stomach (water only). Be sure you lift to maintain lean mass or youll just shrink. Info here on figuring your TDEE…
