Congrats! you look much healthier now.

Nothing today, but darn, yesterday was a bad day. I had 2, yes two, pop tarts.

The first trainer is an idiot. You are breast feeding, which means you are providing vital nutrients to your child. If you don't want your breast milk to dry up, you need to maintain a higher level of calories. I'm not sure exactly, how much, but I would think closer to 2000 per day. If your supply dries up quicker than…

What are your goals? What do you LIKE to do? If you don't want to do any of the thinking (and that's not an insult), then someone like Jillian Michaels would be good for you. She has the 30 day shred programs and she tells you exactly what to do. Cindi Whitmarsh has some great programs as does Jessica Smith. Body for Life…

Be careful with her KB workouts. Lots of people who do KBs will tell you her form is off and this can lead to injury.

add avocado, coconut oil, use chicken thighs instead of breasts, etc.

You may want to ask the question in the kettlebell group: http://www.myfitnesspal.com/forums/show/146-enter-the-kettlebell I LOVE kettlebells, but I don't have any before/after pics. I don't use the exclusively. I like to switch things up. If you search through the KB group, you'll see challenges, etc. The group isn't very…

I'm by no means an "expert" and I struggle with my decisions daily. I looked at your diary and am wondering if you cut back on the cheese (heeheee...cut the cheese), it it would help. Try to go a day or two with minimal cheese (I can't cut it out entirely, but I did cut back) and see if that helps.

Turkey, broccoli (or green beans), salad. Skip the potatoes, green bean casseroles and bread. Of course, skip the pies, unless you make your own LC pumpkin pie. You can go to pinterest and search on KETO and find tons of recipes. My family always has a shrimp tray and veggie appetizer.. I fill up on it.

I lost on the old plan and didn't have difficulties following the plan. I too, dislike the new plan. I hated having to re-enter all my foods, because thier e-tools aren't nearly as robust as MFP. However, I also went through a divorce and ate my way (weigh) through it and gained back 15 lbs. I'm a lifetime member, and have…

My diary is open, you can add me. Also check out the keto boards on here. http://www.myfitnesspal.com/forums/show/1160-keto http://www.myfitnesspal.com/forums/show/1511-reddit-keto

I work out at home. I have some dumbbells, kettlebells, yoga mats, etc. I don't have any big machines, workout bench or bars. I go to the library and check out workout dvds so I can see what I like and keep my interest up. I have a bunch of workout dvds at home and they are my go-to when I don't have anything from the…

For me, I had to stop eating breakfast for a few days - this allowed me to go longer in between dinner/breakfast and for some reason that kick-started things for me.

If you want to use roller skating as fitness for the day, take off the skates and pull a child around the rink. You'll burn calories. I'm with the other poster - I don't think roller skating, in a rink, burns the same amount of calories as roller blading outdoors. I think it would be the equivalent of a slow walk.

I really like Jackie Warner's DVDs. Her workouts are about 30 minutes and they are intense.

It could be the brand. I tried Kroger brand, once, and it was awful. I use the Bigelow, with no added flavouring (e.g., no lemon). I do use one truvia or nectresse in my cup of tea.

That's hard - especially since you have to have another surgery in Dec. The last thing you want to do is have a set back. You should ask your doc or physical therapist what you can do without causing additional injury. Personally, I'd stick with pilates, low keyed yoga, etc, but your doc and/or PT should ok all of your…

I don't eat back my exercise calories. I tried it, I gained weight. I've been doing this for a very long time and eating back my exercise calories does not work for me. Each body is different and reacts differently to various methods. I'm in my late 40's and when it used to take me a week to lose 5lbs, now takes me months.

Try taking magnesium and potassium supplements. That's why the banana was probably suggested.

I use circuit training to estimate by calories burned. I don't eat back exercise calories, so I track for my own purposes.

I'm so sorry for your loss. Grief/depression can affect bp, you might want to ask your doc about that. Also, did he check your kidneys? That was the first sign of kidney issues for my sister - high bp. It should be noted that my sister was a body builder and had less than 15% body fat, wore a size 0 pant, so weight was not…

If you're looking to lift at home, there are numerous DVDS that incorporate lifting with a bit of cardio. Jillian Michaels is one of the most popular. I like Jackie Warner, a lot. I also like Cindi Whitmarsh and Jessica Smith. Try your library first. If you have Amazon prime, you can stream workout videos. You can also go…

Hi, It's been slow progress for me. I do not eat back my exercise calories. If I do, I will not lose weight. That is my body though, you have to figure out what works for you. Keep in mind that exercise isn't just for losing weight, it's for your health. Losing weight is 80% food and 20% exercise (according to Cindi…

I had a small jar of peanut butter - it was confiscated at the airport. I was trying to bring it so I'd have something to eat during working lunches. I was so hungry by lunch today that I ate two pieces of pizza. Instead of stressing too much, I'm just going to accept that lunches are out of my control and I'll get back on…

I feel your pain. I've been doing keto since January (had a few bad weeks here and there due to vacations and such) and have only lost 3lbs! 2 of those were in the past week. The suggestion that helped me was to go longer in between meals, let my body burn all fuel before filling it up again. So, I started skipping…

No. I know that if I do, it will hinder my weight loss. However, that may not be true for you.

I'm 5'4 weigh ~136 and wear a 10. I can fit into some 8's but a 10 is more comfortable. I carry my weight in my butt and outer thighs.
