What shape is the toe box? Rounded/oval shapes are notorious for constricting the toes and causing pain. I prefer wider, more square toe boxes when it comes to my running shoes. I'd also try on running shoes when your feet have sorta "spread out", maybe after work, to give you a better idea of how much space you'll need.

I'm the same way. I eat more at breakfast and it holds me over for a very long time. The rest of the day I tend to eat smaller meals.

Always, and I also find it annoying. Sometimes I like to treat my friends and it makes it awkward for my friend to see the check being handed to them and not the person treating. It really sucks for both parties that the financial responsibility is assumed to be on the man all of the time.

I don't understand why the need to state "biological female", pretty sure we'd believe you if you just said "I'm a woman", but whatever. Get yourself a cookbook and start small. Mess up a few times, get better.

I'm definitely the opposite. Any minor loss in weight and it comes right off my chest. Which for me, is totally okay. I prefer how I look as a small-chested gal as opposed to when they get fuller. I feel awkward when they're bigger.

I grew up as an overweight kid up until my late teens/early 20's. To this day I still overestimate my size, how much space I take up, etc.

You can break up the hour. It doesn't have to be all in one session. Take 10-15 minute walk breaks throughout the day.
