I've never been very good at eating healthy is there anyway someone can help me with better foods?

Im trying to lose 1lb a week but my weight keeps fluctuating. One day i'll weigh a certain weight and the next i weigh 2 lbs or 3lbs more. Then i'll go back down and then it does it again.

I usually eat things like smart ones or lean cuisines so I always put the calories that are on the box to help me keep up with what im eating better.
