I tried Dailyburn, and I loved the variety available for $10/month. I tried it a free month trial that I think they still have going on. I like fitness bender too.

Your breasts might not have gotten bigger necessarily. How it was explained to me by a bra fitter is that the cup sizes are larger in a larger band size. So a 32E can be the same cup size as 34 DDD. Not that this helps at all. I'm a 32 E / 34 DDD and it sucks not being able to find pretty bras in stores. I've had luck at…

Good luck with that and I'm not being sarcastic. My husband's mother did everything for him and it took years for us to get to a more balanced home life. Honestly we had marriage counseling and it made a huge difference on how we communicate and what expectations we brought to our marriage. But anyway...the first time I…

I'm the same height and age but about 20-25 lbs heavier, and when I wore my HR monitor for Jillian's Ripped in 30 I would get between 275-290 calories per workout. I'm heavier than you so your burn would probably be a little lower. My battery died in the HR monitor a while ago so a lot of the time I just add it as circuit…

We share the housework fairly equally...though I probably do a little more. However beause of the commercials she sees, my 5 year old is always asking me and only me if I'd like a new vacuum, Lysol, mop, etc, etc... *This was in response to someone saying that house cleaning commercials are VERY gendered.

I would try moving on to the next week and seeing how you do. I didn't finish in 9 weeks, but for me that was mostly because I wasn't always able to run three days a week (running for me requires getting home while its light enough and having my husband available to watch the kids) so I'd stretch out too far between parts…

I was the same way. Any dieting just killed my supply, so I made healthy choices and exercised regularly and barely lost any weight 'til my girls weaned. Once I was done BFing the weight came off a lot easier. I put a few pounds back on in Nov / December, but in 2013 I was at my lowest adult weight and it was awesome. And…

Doing lots of core work like planks has prevented re-injuring my back, but when I was trying to get better the other thing that helped is adding a 10-20 minute yoga routines. It really helped strengthen and stretch out everything. You can put "yoga back" into youtube and get a million routines...here's one:…

I don't know of anything that you can do besides swimming and the limited yoga and pilates you mentioned. You can still loose weight by keeping track of your calories though...even though it isn't as fun. I say this as someone who pinched her sciatic nerve and most exercise is just not possible now. I'm totally bummed.…

Maybe yoga would help with some of the pains? It did wonders for my back. Also I don't know if your breast feeding or not, but BFing actually made it harder for me to lose weight. Every time I cut calories my supply would dip. In my case I could lose some weight while BFing and it really came off when I weaned. I guess my…

I had a different experience than you guys... I was on NR for a year recently and was on it before having kids 5 years ago and in both instances it didn't affect my weight when I went on it and when I went off of it. I developed an allergy to it so I had to stop taking it a 3 months ago. I miss it though...so much better…

I'd stick it out a little longer. If you've done ripped in 30 the first 4 workouts will probably be too easy. Things do get much tougher in workouts 5-12. I don't ever do anything below 5. 5 and 6 I'd say are a little easier than ripped with 7-12 all being as difficult or harder.

Ugh I feel for you. My two are 4.75 and 2.5 now and the 2.5 year old seldom sleeps through the night. I'm on an almost identical schedule. Exercising after work pretty much can't happen, so I get up at 5:20 to fit something in. I try to go to bed earlier but I almost never achieve lights out before 10:30. When I'm lying in…

I don't have much to say except that I love Body Revolution. I did it earlier this year, took a little break and am now going through it again. ...I also really want to try Chalean Extreme though. So good luck with whichever you do. They're both supposed to be great programs.

I tried it for a while and it was very cardio heavy. I see more results and feel stronger from more circuit / weight based routines. I really enjoy the Jillian Michaels Body Revolution and Ripped in 30. Those two workouts have really made a difference in how strong I feel and kept my chronically weak bad back in good…

I would.

I like to use "toe" sneakers like these - http://www.rei.com/product/810969/vibram-fivefingers-kmd-sport-multisport-shoes-womens. You can get them on sale- mine were only $30. Anyway I find them to be comfy and I don't need to find socks early in the morning. Bonus! I get blisters in them and in my other sneakers if I'm…

Also do some research on what run you will be doing. I did a local mud run that was very family friendly and while challenging at some points was very do-able. I know some people who did not train for it and were on the beginner side of the fitness spectrum and did fine. I'm sure a tough mudder would have been a whole…

That's awesome. Thank you for your help!

I do JM Ripped in 30 and some Firm workouts with 5, 8 and 10.

You've gotten lots of great replies. I agree that running outside is way more fun for me. It's the only time I'm on my own - no work or small children. The biggest thing that makes a difference though is pumping some great music and feeling all "eye of the tiger." Treat yourself to a new mp3 line up. Or I use an awesome…

The only thing that really works is finding something you really like doing then it isn't as hard to stick with. I also reward myself. I'm getting a massage when I lose a few more pounds, or a new outfit after I finish some workout program.

This is very true. I've only done a few races and would have been one of the annoying slow people if my step-mom, who is an experienced racer, hadn't let me know I should start towards the back. Sometimes people just don't know any better. ETA - I forgot the quote - this was in response to the person who said we should…

I'd eat some more healthy clean snacks and mix it up by adding in some strength training.

I agree. Going to weights has made the biggest difference for me. I like the JM's Ripped in 30.

When I add in a different excercise I usually start to see a slight difference in a few weeks and more of a difference after a month. It can be hard to tell though. I'd suggest measuring yourself and checking for inches lost every two weeks. I usually measure my thighs, bicep, hip bone, belly button, high waist and bust. I…

Congratulations! That is a great feeling.

I get up at or before 6 am to squeeze in a work out before the kids wake up, and I go to work at either 7:30 or 8:30 am depending on the day. Evenings are out because of the dinner and going to bed routines. What I love dong are the Firm Express videos (20 min but intense) or Jillian Michaels Ripped in 30 (33 min). I also…

I have only empathy, not advice. With both my girls I only gained about 15-20 pounds, but I couldn't get off more than a couple pounds of weight until I stopped breastfeeding. With my first any time I reduced calories at all (even a safe approved amount) my supply would drop off. I had a little more luck with my second…

Congratulations! That is something to be proud of!
