I also maintain around 1400 (5'0 short, 108lbs), I do a bit of 4/3 fast because during the weekends I have a very low appetite, so Saturdays, Sundays & Wednesdays I eat 1000 calories and then the rest of week I eat like a tall person hahahahaha!

Me too, I'm maintaining my weight (around 110lbs @5'0) eating around 1350 a day!

5'0 around 110lbs, I maintain at 1350 calories, anything more than that without any exercise I gain weight!

I maintain at 1350, I'm 28, 5'1 at 108lbs, u should be able to eat a couple of 100 calories more since u are younger, taller and heavier than me. Go ahead and play with the numbers, all the best!

I also felt weak, cold and my face looked terrible (skinny/bony and lifeless) at my initial GW 105lbs, so I let myself get to around 108-110lbs, I look and feel so much better now!

I also end up eating very low calories every after a day of eating at my maintenance, I'm just not thaaaaaat hungry. I'm also short 5'1, 108lbs, my maintenance is around 1400 calories. I guess we are somehow doing the 5:2 diet

I was not loosing weight on 1200 calories because I would always have around 200 unnecessary calories I would consume and not log (1400 being my maintenance since I'm 5'1 short and 110lbs, trying to loose 5lbs)

Try replacing a milkshake with a smoothie or yoghurt, I sometimes go for a diet soda if it's really bad, and it works!

I do th IF(18/6), and have 2 meals and a snack, works perfectly for me!
