I do intermittent fasting because I also don't get satisfied with my meals, I have only 1400 calories a day for maintenance, which when split into a 3 to 6 meals is absolutely nothing for me, so I eat between 12 and 6pm, meaning I save my breakfast calories for after 12, after a while of doing this I don't even get hungry…

Yes, mine fluctuate like crazy 106-112, to keep things on tract I fit my non-stretch tight old jean every week, as long as it fits they way it should I'm happy :smile: !

Wish to get there and be used to all these sacrifices, I'm 5'1 at 107-110, maintaining at 1400, which is never satisfying, I'm extremely lazy to exercise, I feel like one day I'm going to give it all up and binge on anything and everything LOL, being thin is hard work for a shorty!

They are definitely a better choice compared to the normal sodas with all that sugar, the only thing about the diet sodas is that they give me a huge appetite and they bloat me, so I dnt have a flat stomach when I drink them.

Ya, u are not alone OP, I maintain at 1400 a day (5'1 at 108-112 range) and its not satisfying, I do jumping jacks and some running for an hour just so I can at least have an extra 400 calories per day :(, meaning if/when I don't feel like doing any exercise I have no choice but to consume my only 1400 calories :(

@animall I've realised tht snacking keep my tummy chubby, try eating 3 or 2 clean meals a day and make sure ur evening meal is as small as possible, maybe drink to 2 glassed of water before ur supper so u can feel full faster

Ya ur tummy even flattens, I have 100 calories (mostly a fruit) in the morning around 800 calories for lunch then around 350 calories (yoghurt mostly) for supper, and it works perrrrfectly for me :)

At th moment u seem to have a banana shape, if u really like having th hourglass figure u can always gain a bit to a size 30 to 32 jean, maybe the hourglass shape will show
