  • I don't have much input other than to say my heart rate hovers around the same as yours does. It has been getting easier for me! I would say as long as you aren't feeling majorily discomforted and your heart rate goes back down within a short time, you are doing fine. Hopefully someone can help you more than I can, haha.
  • All I can say is that you are doing this for yourself, so keep at it. MFP provides a great support team if you are ever having a weak moment/hour/day/week or whatever. Congrats on committing yourself to this change of lifestyle!

  • I wouldn't use the calorie burn the wii as telling you as very accurate. When I use my wii fit plus with my hrm, my hrm says I burn almost double what the wii says. Seeing as the wii only knows my weight age and height, and my hrm knows my actual heart rate I trust my hrm.
  • Before I got my heart rate monitor I logged it as circuit training. Now that I have a hrm I created my own exercise. MFP and my HRM only have about a 10 calorie difference, so circuit training should work well.
  • I have a polar f6 and have had zero problems to date! I don't know how much they are right now but when I got mine it was on sale at sears for $55.
  • Well I can get a polar f4 for $45 or a polar f6 for $55. What are the benefits of each one and which do you recommend? I will be using it to track my heart rate/calories burned while walking and jogging outside, doing the shred, and using my wii. Thank you!

  • I have done 10 days of level 1 and 4 days of level 2 and I am defintley seeing results :) I have gone down 5 pounds and I am sure a bunch of inches. The double jump ropes are getting easier and so are the chair squats iwth a V raise, finally!
  • I have done 2 days of level 2 and all I can say is I am not a fan of double jump ropes. Hahaha. I know it will get better.
  • I finished the first 10 days on level 1 and today I moved on to level 2. Boy is it a big difference. I just know that one day all of those planks will pay off!
