This challenge has definitely proven to me that weekends are my downfall and I tend to slack off getting 2 pts a day if lucky. After seeing that I plan to turn that around so if that's the only thing I gain from this challenge then it was a definitely success for me! :happy:

OMG I highly recommend Vitatops the Deep Chocolate kind www.vitalicious.com They are only 100 calories with 9 grams of fiber and as nutritious or more than an apple. It is like a hot muffin top with melted chocolate chips in it awesome when heated up for 30 seconds! nom nom nom

Its hard to say each person is built differently. I currently weigh 165 and wear a size 10, and I'm 5'3. I was perfectly content at 145 wearing a size 8, I have a large bone structure and anything smaller than that would make me look like I'm sick.

OK, so I just created a little spreadsheet to keep track of my targets and my daily points earned. Hoping that if I stare at it enough (daily) I will make sure I get my points in! I'm excited, I already earned the max 4 pts for today. Woo Hoo! :happy:

OMG, that happened to me too! I took a formal photo of my husband and I on a cruise and once I saw it printed I realized how much I gained back! In my eyes, I looked like Jabba the Hut!

My hairdresser actually asked me if I was running? She seems to think it keeps up my metabolism and that helps the hair growth. I also started taking Biotin after that and have noticed a HUGE difference in not only my length but NEW hair growth! I'm so excited about it.
