  • Haha....thanks girls! I'm officially half way through stage 5! I'm going out of town on Wednesday so I think I may just hold off on lifting until next Tuesday? This will be my longest stretch of no lifting since I started! I think it sounds like a good place to take a rest though:)

  • Really? No one else is in stage 5?! I forgot how sore I'd be after the body matrix in workout A! Little to no irritation in my shoulder during the YTWL! I think lowering the bench helped??
  • I'm trying to foam roll it but I need to be moe consistant! I don't really know how to explain where it is....like 3 inches under where your clavicle ends? I don't think it's anything super serious but what do I know? I def don't want to make it worse though. Hopefully the foaming will help! Thanks for your input!

  • Finished my first A workout today! Only having 4 reps is kind of a trip! I think I upped my weight every set for every move! haha (I need to look at my Stage 3 logs to see where I left off!!)
  • I'll just be starting Stage 5 this week so I have a couple of months before I need to worry about it but I've already purchased Supercharged and am almost done reading it. That's what I'll do next. I don't really know anything about Abs. :)
  • I'm almost done reading Supercharged and there is a section in it where he talks about how it's totally ok to STOP your workout if you are absolutely DONE. It's actually encouraged. So if you can only do 3 min of HIIT and are wiped out, stop! So...great job listening to your body! I also agree with the whole eating thing…

  • I still can't get to 120 seconds on my plank:/ 90 tops! Ugh. Awesome with the push-ups! I need to make sure I'm getting low enough on mine. Oh, and I totally miscalculated....I'll be done with stage 4 on Friday! (Assuming I get to lift tomorrow and Friday!)

  • I think consistent gains are pretty common in Stage 1 but not so much for the others (IMO). I'm almost done with Stage 4 and while I occasionally have gains it's def not every workout like in Stage 1.   • I pr'd my deadlift again! Woohoo! I also used a wider stance for the BSS and it seemed a lot easier! Wll be finishing Stage 4 next Monday! So crazy!
