I'm 48, but can give and receive support just the same. I'm a repeater here. Lost 56 pounds here 3 years ago and then had a serious setback after I stopped exercising and then stopped caring about anything much about a year ago when my sister died suddenly. Back at it with determination and the need for friends/support.

Ford's biggest problem is his inability to take any degree of ownership for his obvious transgressions. Clearly, this guy is a trainwreck, but it's always someone else causing the problem and nitpicking. He could have played this differently and come closer to being the hero he sees himself to be. Had he admitted he had…

You look incredible and must feel terrific! Way to go!

From just outside of Toronto & restarting again after a really lousy year and a bit. Support on here would be great, but Canadian support on here would be phenomenal!!!

Hi there. I'm 48 and re-starting today. I can tell you for sure that this site works. It did for me 3 years ago when I lost 56 pounds that I regained in the last year and a half after a really lousy period of all kinds of losses and "stuff". The support here is so important. Please add me. I'll be your cheerleader if…

I'm 47 and lost about 56 pounds about 3 years ago using MFP. It was tough, but not impossible. However, I lost focus 2 years ago and then the last year has been brutal personally with loss after loss. I'm back and determined...and always looking for friends. I hope you add me. We can all use the extra support.

I so long to be part of this group. I used this site exactly 3 years ago to lose 58 pounds and then put it back on slowly. This past year has been horrific, but I need to support to get back on track. This site is awesome and it produced a miracle for me in the past largely because of the support I found on her. anna_b1

I know I need to be accountable! This site worked wonders for me in the past and, after a dreadful year, I'm back and looking for friends. A few of mine have hung on in spite of my lackluster participation, but I plan to be back to stay and could use more friends who need the same. Add away. Friends are such an important…

I'm back too - as of tomorrow. This site is great. I take full accountability for regaining my weight. I want it back off so back here I get! Anyone who wants support and is willing to support me in return, add me. :)

Send me a request too. I lost a ton of weight on here 3 years ago and then life hit me hard. This year in particular has been devastating with the death of my sister and my mom being put into a nursing home. Eating right just hasn't been a priority. But all that changes tomorrow when I hope to re-begin logging. This site…

Just did a blitz add for most of you (those I could find relatively easy). I'm Abbyb1 there and have recently rediscovered how awesome the site is.

Just got back from Mexico a week and a half ago (and I miss it desperately! Winter is terribly overrated in my book!) 46 and always looking for friends and recipe exchange. Add me and we'll inspire each other ! Welcome to the site! It's a fabulous support system!

I got my Fitbit One for Christmas, but only started using it on January 3rd. I'd love more MFP pals on there and here. http://www.fitbit.com/user/24L29X

Another teacher here - although I'm a veteran teacher. However, like you, I find it's very easy to overlook myself and my own needs as I tend to my family and other "stuff". I'm also like you in that I'm back at it again after having lost over 50 pds last year on MFP. This site works, I just stopped working along with it.…

I finished reading "Tuesdays With Morrie" with my son (in preparation for his English course next year). Really enjoyed it and am so glad I opted to read it with him since it was one of those books I'd always wanted to read.

I enjoy the Kashi Go Lean, Nature's Path multigrain flakes and All Bran. In fact, I love all cereal. :)

Oh, I gotta try this!!!
-
I'm going to start "Perks of Being A Wallflower" soon. The name is predominantly what drew me to this novel. :)
-
You always were very pretty, but now you're gorgeous! Good job!
-
Halfway through "Battle Hymn of the Tiger Mother". Good and humourous without really meaning to be (I think?).
-
I'm not new either, but could use some more active friends willing to support and be supported. :)
-
You always were gorgeous, but now you're more so! Congrats! Way to go!

Pasta with Crockpot turkey sausage sauce from Gina/Skinnytaste Chicken scallopine with roasted potatoes (my own) Rustic Italian Tortellini soup (from Sparkspeople. You've gotta try this!) (my 3 stand-bys)

Sounds like you're making so many positive changes already! It's not going to be easy (in the end, nothing that is truly worthwhile ever is), but you've got this. One pound at a time, one choice at a time. By the way, you sound like someone I would like to know. Sending you a friend request. :)
