  • I've done Beachbody's Tony Horton's 10 Minute Trainer. You can do ten minutes to thirty minutes depending on how much time you have. Let me tell you 10 minutes kicks your butt. Don't be fooled. It kills. Only did 10 minutes today but I feel great. :bigsmile:
