Water weight....still weight off. Most of us weight much less, if we could all get rid of our water weight it would be a great start. Good for you!!!!

Thanks for posting this. I'm making the switch to organic but things are very expensive. This gives me a great place to start.

From my understanding of weddings (and I planned a lot of them), when the invitation is addressed to only that person and the rsvp card is personalized to that ONE person, than yes they are ONLY INVITING THAT PERSON. Sorry. Very rude though.

Nothing is more truer than this- I have to remember that. Thanks for posting it.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY! :drinker:

Thanks much! :blushing:

I'm pretty new too. Welcome!

Oh how I wish I could be a runner. I've tried so many times and just get discouraged by how taxing it is on the body. :explode:

I did the P90X years ago. I didn't finish it and yes it is more intense than the Ten Minute Trainer. My husband is doing the X now and enjoys it and is trying to get me to come over to his side. He did the cardio version of Ten Minute Trainer and had to admit it was a good workout. I will commit to the first four weeks and…

Does it have to be king size? If I were in your position, I would wait at least 30 minutes and see what happens. If it doesn't pass, I would go the regular size bar and enjoy every single bite. Afterward, I would take stock in how I felt and note it for next time. I believe everything in moderation. Probably not what you…

I wouldn't consider myself pretty fit but I'm not completely out of shape either. I've got lots of stuff to lose. This is my first week on the program and I can say that all ready I've noticed a difference in my energy level and how I feel about me. I legs feel tighter. There is a schedule that comes with that tells you…

I've done Beachbody's Tony Horton's 10 Minute Trainer. You can do ten minutes to thirty minutes depending on how much time you have. Let me tell you 10 minutes kicks your butt. Don't be fooled. It kills. Only did 10 minutes today but I feel great.

I usually don't exercise during my TOM. I have fibroids and the combination of pain and increased flow would be a disaster for me. :explode:

I'm currently taking Loestrin and I'm experiencing that same thing right now. I'm about to switch to Nuvaring because I have to be on birth control for other health reasons. I'm frustrated but I'm going to keep going at it. I think it's most water weight but I can tell there is an increase in my appetite. I've only been on…

What is the 100 pushup challenge?

Awesome news! Congrats to you!

Of course the scale is going to reflect it this morning, but if you have been consistent in your eating, this fall of the wagon will not affect you. Once you have a good poop, you will be fine.

Isn't life way to short to spend it with a *kitten*?? I did this for several years. Actually had my boyfriend tell me I was a borderline chick, meaning if I gained anymore weight or if I was one hair bigger he would leave me. He was very abusive verbally but I couldn't see it until my prince (who is now my husband) came…

Welcome to you both!

The first week is the hardest. You are well on your way!!!

Congrats to you!!! I live for this day. Currently, when I go to the doctor, I get on the scale backwards and instruct the nurse NOT to tell me anything.

LOVE simple recipes. Thanks for posting!

My best friend and I just canceled our weight watchers plan today--the reason-- we found this site. This site is better than weight watchers in my opinion. I'd rather know how many calories I need to eat to lose two pounds a week versus points. This is more positive feedback and I like how the community is set up to have…

That is awesome!!! And great way to celebrate!!!

Enjoy your vacation. Your scale will be there when you return. Now is the time to see if your good habits can sustain real world situations. You will be fine. Enjoy life and your vacation and don't be chained to your scale. Trust me. You will be glad you did!

You look amazing!!! Keep up the good work!

I wish you lots and lots of luck. I know the feeling and I'm 36 years old. I think overall I still looked pulled together but when I look down at my legs and I can see the layer of fat on top of them, I want to scream. :explode: Eating is the hardest part. You can do it!!!....but more importantly....YOU WILL!
