I brought a bike in December for my birthday and I'm loving the ride. I use the time to get my exercise in while spending time with my 11 year old. I want to get around 100 miles in. I usually only ride on the weekends. I gained a lot weight so 10 miles are good for me . I got 10 miles in today, so more to search my goal

I completed c25k about year and half ago. I was 198 starting and completed at about 177. Trust the progress!

I'm 241 and trying to get to 140. I was 180 last year at this time, but was finishing a Master program and ate everything in sight. I have lost weigh before and it work four years. I'm looking to get to my goal this year. Please add me

I would suggest exercise challengse during watching TV. During the commercials try to do as many push up, situp etc. It could be a good time for the both of you. that way you can implement it daily.

I think its smart to know your foods that make you cheat. I'm in for the 2 weeks to help me get back to my regular program.

I found that when you are truly loving yourself you are thinking of your health.

Use this time to start back putting you first. When you are upset or hurting try exercising. Take long walks or go to the gym. Also, look up meeting up groups and go on hikes.
