When you fill in your goals and say you want to lose 1 lb per week it has already figured in the 500 calorie deficiency.

I started my journey July of last year and have lost 91 lbs. I started off by walking and watching portions now I do some strength training and just keep working at it. Good luck!

I have been doing the 30DS as well but I wear tennis shoes bc I have a bad ankle and I want to give it support. Plus I think I would slide when doing some of the movements without them!

These were great! I made them twice but tweaked it a little. So worth the time it takes to make them.

I have "gained" 3lbs since starting the 30DS 1 week ago. I drink about 100oz of water everyday but I think it is bc I have been doing 2 to 3 sets of the work out. I normally do level 1 and then level 2 right behind it. On the weekends I do Level 1, Level 2 and then Level 1 again consecutively. I am use to doing an hr…

It depends on height and weight but if you don't have an HRM then logging it as circuit training general is pretty close.

I can't eat before or after my workouts so I am good there. I normally don't eat after for an hr or hr and a half

very nice! I am the same way I indulge in Subway from time-to-time as I haven't eaten any other fast food chain in over a year now. I feel if I have forgone the burger, fries and a Coke then I can enjoy the occasional sub as long as I work for it in my daily workout. Thanks for the post!

I am having the same issue. I cut out bread, have less than 30g of sugar per day and drink plenty of water. For the longest I have only walked and I know that is my biggest downfall bc that will help lose weight and tone the legs, thighs, calves and help reduce some in the stomach but I should have incorporated more…

yeah this is defiintely for kids RAISED in the 90's not born in the 90's New Kids on the Block were pretty much gone by like 91 or 92!

I started see more results within the last several months when I started working out at least 6 days a week and no less than 600 to 800 calories burned per day. The more you burn the more results you will see though.

I know what you mean! The only time i don't feel bloated is immediately after working out. Other than that i have that problem all the time.

I normally fill mine out for the week on Sundays that way I don't have to wonder what I will be cooking and I know in advance how my day will go for calories. It helps a lot. If I tweak things throughout the week then I will update then but at least I have a foundation for the week.

You can adjust the levels under your goals. I have heard the protein amounts are too low but I have never gone over on the protein, fat or carbs. But you have to adjust it to suit your level of activity and nutritional goals
