I know it's hard but it's worth living a heathly lifestyle and eventually results will be seen. Just think if I had given up the first week I started a year ago and not tired then I wouldn't have lost 82 lbs to date. Give it some time and don't get discouraged so soon! Everyone on here wants to see you succeed!

I was at a rut for several months and then out of the blue from June 1st til now I have lost an additional 25 lbs. I start to look at the labels on the things he has and he jerks it away from me and tells me not to ruin it for him. lol But really I guess I am more jealous of his metabolism

Actually I got to my heaviest since we've been together. He and i both gained about 20 lbs during our first year of dating. He has physical job so stays relatively fit. I just don't want to have to withhold my success when I get to my goal lol I guess I just have to be more proud than embarrassed!

Most experts say have the largest meal for lunch and small dinner. I workout right when I get home from work and then eat dinner. My largest meal of the day is always dinner. I have lost 77lbs in less than a year doing this everyday so just go by what works for you!
