Just completed level 1 day 11 this morning. I haven't mastered everything in level 1, so I will stay at this level through the 30 days. Plan on doing another 30 days at level 2 right after. I did Level 1 Day 9 today before work. Was finished before 6am! Now that alone is amazing for me :) I plan on doing all 30 days of Level 1 because I don't feel I have mastered everything yet. Just finished Level 1 Day 7 today with 3 pounds weights. When I woke up this morning, I was actually looking forward to seeing Jillian :) That was NOT the case on day 3 and day 4 for sure.

I like to cut it in spears (works good for those that get too big) and brush with olive oil, sprinkle with salt and pepper and grill them. So good! In fact I think I will make some now :)

Yes, me too! I listen to Dave Ramsey and follow his envelope system for my budget and when I found MFP I thought this is just like my budgeting system with money :)

Just over 10 km per hour. Divide your time by 60 and then divide your distance by that number :) So...14.52 divided by 60 (minutes) is .242. Then take your distance, 2.5, and divide it by .242 which is 10.3. Then thank God for calculators :)
