My diary became private the day someone sent me a rude PM yelling at me that I was eating all the wrong foods and that french fries (which I have on occasion) aren't "diet foods". I didn't even know this person! What I eat is my business and if my eating plan is working for me then why is it anyone's business? I have a lot…

if you truly want low sodium soup I'd recommend you make it yourself. As for canned....My dad gets the healthy choice low sodium soups....he says they don't taste very good at first but you get used to them.

I do the same thing as some other folks said. I break the meal down into parts and input those as best I can. Sometimes you can find calorie info on the shops websites.

I too am a night shift worker. I bought chocolate protein powder and mix it with milk and make a shake. Keeps me full for hours! I add one scoop of powder to 8 oz of milk in my shaker and give it a good shake. It's delicious!

I drink echinacea tea from Traditional Medicinals (you can buy it at the grocery store) and put some raw honey in it. Vitamin C seems to help me also when I'm feeling run down. They also make echinacea and vitamin c supplements you can take (I get them from the drug store).…

while it's healing you are supposed to keep it clean and covered when exposed to clothing. You need to use bactine and cleanse with sterile salt water (not ocean water). I had mine done 15 years ago and have since taken it out. Am considering getting it re done. It will look really ugly for a few weeks while it is healing.…

From a medical standpoint this is very dangerous. If your stool gets impacted it can cause necrosis in your bowel. That will get you sent to the hospital and they will have to remove the impaction along with part of your bowel....or you would get sepsis and die You don't want to end up with a colostomy bag.....or die I'd…

I'm on 1540 a day. I have breakfast at 6am usually 300 calories. Then I go home from work (I work overnights) and sleep from 8am-4pm. Dinner is usually around 530pm....my biggest meal usually 800 calories. When I get to work at 10pm I usually have another meal which I call "snacks" to finish out the rest of my calories.

I was in a similar relationship with my ex husband ....we used to yell and scream at each other all the time. Then he hit me ONCE....that was enough...I kicked him out and divorced his stupid *kitten*. My current boyfriend is so loving and the complete opposite of my ex. Do yourself a favor....have respect for yourself and…

As a medic I will give my my opinion based on the injuries I have seen from children not being in booster seats. I would definitely send the booster seat along with a letter to the teacher making it mandatory that he be placed in the booster seat in the car. (I personally have never heard of parents driving kids on field…
