You look awesome! Congratulations on your weight loss

yay! I love oversized pj bottoms. It has to feel awesome for those oversized ones to be ones that used to be a little small. Great job!

This. I've had the mirena for 3 years now, and beyond the first couple months, I haven't had any issues with it. My TOM is down to 3 days every 2-3 months. I got it right after I had my daughter, so any cramping and bleeding I had was mingled with the usual post-partum nastiness. I *love* not having to remember to take a…

O_O wow! you look great!

100+ here too.. and I love a cheerleading squad. Although the outfits are not required, I do like the Pom Poms. My daughter has a set in her dress up box (she's 3) so I'll borrow hers for the time being.

Welcome from the Eastern Shore of Maryland! You and I are in the same boat, I'm trying to lose the 45 lbs I gained with my daughter + all the weight I've gained over the years. Good luck and if you want a friend, just send me a request. We can help each other throughout our journeys.

A few weeks ago, a group of friends and I went to the local Renaissance Faire. I wore this cute floor length plaid skirt, green tank, and a dark green corset. I thought I looked great! ... and then I saw the photos a friend took while we were there. It made me want to scream and cry. I have this mental image of myself that…

I've tried it, but for reasons I won't discuss (yet) I never finished it. I liked it though and plan on getting them out of storage and using them again.

I was walking around work yesterday having to hike up my pants, which two weeks ago were just a little too tight. Time for a belt is my NSV. :D

Great job on the weight loss! You look awesome. And thank you for serving. :)

O_O That is great! Thank you for the inspiration and the motivation to continue my journey

Mom of a very active 3 year old girl. I need to lose the weight in order to keep up with her. We go to the park and * I * need a nap when we come home - and she's still ready to go!

You look great!

I totally relate to your story, jd. I grew up in a military family, so the pressure to join up as well was strong. I resisted though, mainly because I do not have the personality it would take to thrive in the military. (I hate people getting in my face and being yelled at, etc). I respect and admire those who do join,…

Yes, I have been to a physical therapist for all of my medical issues. I have been trying to continue the exercises they recommend, which are to strengthen and stabilize my core, lengthen my calves, and balance my thighs. They have all recommended that I lose weight, but beyond my already decreasing caloric intake, haven't…

Thanks! I've been trying to justify spending the money on weights since I don't have much room to store them at the moment. Guess I'll have to buckle down and get a small set. Oh and if I could find a place near me that did water aerobics w/o trying to break my wallet, I would totally do it!

HI Deshay! I am also on a journey to lose about a hundred pounds (hopefully more!). Good luck!

Welcome! And good luck on your goals. :D

That is what I meant. A pound of muscle is leaner than a pound of fat, therefore a 3x3 piece of muscle will weigh more than a 3x3 piece of fat will. A person can be 150 lbs and have a healthy BMI if they have a lot of lean muscle. When losing weight, you can lose 3 lbs of fat and gain 2 lbs of muscle, for a net loss of 1…

ckania, You may be gaining muscle weight. Have you tried comparing bust/waist/hip/arm/ thigh measurements? Muscle weighs more than fat and it can skew the weigh in measurements. You may find that you've lost inches, which in the long run are what matters. Keep up the good work and remember that the short term bumps will…

Oh definitely! The Rails to Trails path runs away from most traffic places, since it was the train tracks that ran to the silos in town. It is so pretty and now that the weather is more conducive to being outside, I am going to be out there more often. Thanks for the support :D
