I had lost almost 7 pounds in a month and a half not eating my calories back. All this past week I started eating them back and I have gained all the weight back that I lost. I'm going to stop doing that as of today. I will just make sure I don't go under 1300 calories AFTER working out!

But. Your weight loss is going to stay gone because you have changed your lifestyle and eating! You have made healthier choices....gotten the exercises down and are on a path! Those other people know nothing, so as soon as they stop taking the meds...guess who's ballooning back up!

Trying increasing your food intake by about 200 calories a week. Just enough to make your body think it has to go into high gear and rev your metabolism back up again!

It's rough. I'm not even going to lie. It will be my third night today and my knees are KILLING me! I felt good once I started the work out again last night but man, it's tough. You will cry. And scream. And groan. But you will also smile when you are done :)

Thank you to everyone! I was really worried about the weight gain and I waited way longer than I should have to take the medicine. But then I realized i needed it and started to take it and mentally I feel better, but I would be lieing if I didn't say I was worried about it! THANK YOU!!!

Thank you. Right now I cook what is easy and I am very bad at eating out! I have a crazy job with long hours and when I get home I'm tired. I am horrible at buying the stuff that can be cooked fast, and I know that can't be good. So, staples for meals would be what? Chicken? Veggies? Rice? If it's not from McD's, I'm lost…

I've heard it does your body good! The way I see it is you eat healthy and watch your numbers all week and your body gets adjusted to that and may not work as hard to burn off unwanted calories/fat.
