I think you would have to be very fit to do all 3 levels a day for 10 days. Just doing one of those levels leaves me saturated with sweat and huffing and puffing. I often eat out of date food. If it looks ok and smells ok it is ok. This method has worked forever, or we wouldn't be here. Mind you, our ancestors never had bisquick I suppose...:huh:

I would say enjoy it. Eat what you fancy, don't count calories but don't go overboard. Eat until your full, eat slowly so your body will know when it doesn't want any more. It's your prom, once in a lifetime, you don't want to look back and remember that you didn't eat, but that you had a great time! Just get back on it…

IAWT. Just had a sneaky peek and you don't seem to eat much protein, you're getting it from shakes only. Like, when you had the pasta with sauce you could have had less pasta and added a chicken breast or some low fat minced beef. Also eggs are your friend.

I'd take it to work to give away to my my colleagues if it was something that woukd travel well. If it was ice cream i'd give it to my hubby. If something is 'his' I don't eat it. It would last him weeks as he can take it or leave it with sweet things.
