try food combining. basically not eating protein and carbs in same meal. there are lots of books and info if you google it. it does help but can be a bit restricting when eating out but well work trying good luck

i think what you are saying is you would like your own money to spend and not feel that you have to tell your partner every single amount spent why not put all money into a joint account to pay bills and childcare etc then make an allowance for both you and your partner and some for the children when they are older if you…

i wasnt loosing weight as have a thyroid problem, but since eating my calories ive begun to loose again. i hate exercise so i excercise to get my treats i work out the whole days calories based on what MFP recomends , then i start excercising so i can get all the treats i want. I log all of these together with the exercise…

you are not breathing properly. perhaps holding your breath without realising it make sure you keep your mouth shut and they you will get the right oxygen / carbon dioxide levels if you find this difficult breath in through your nose and out from your mouth

thank you for making your comments so easy to understand. i have not lost on 1250 calories for 2 months, despite exercising more. ive now adjusted it to 1490 and am hoping this will work. i feel happier that i can get more nutrition into me that way and am looking forward to the results

i too have a thyroid problem and have found that eating more smaller meals, counting every single calorie , having a small amount of protein at each meal works. this is the only site i have lost weight on and am really enjoying doing it. good luck:flowerforyou:
