I don't have the time, patience or calorie allotment for some of the yummy recipes posted here. For now I just stick with my frozen dinners and pre-packaged meals/snacks. It's boring, but it's safe.

So we weigh in on Tuesdays?? I think I messed up a little... I've already lost nine pounds, but sent the message to join with my current weight and not my starting weight. Was it suppose to be my starting weight? If so, I think I jipped our team out of (hopefully by tomorrow) ten pounds.

You've got the right idea, for sure! First, you have to take it one meal at a time, and then it'll get a bit easier and you can take it one day at a time, and before you know it you've settled into some new habits and you don't even have to really work at it... you just know what you've got to do. You're not silly at all. I think it was just yesterday I was sitting here logging in my food intake and my husband came over and suggested that he had "a workout" for me. LoL So then we both got curious and I looked it up on another site since this one doesn't show it. I think mine said somewhere around 200 calories/hour.
