Same here. I drink Bio Rhythm 100% Whole Grains protein shake every morning. Meal replacement is what I use it for.

I LOVE Walk Away The Pounds! It works out alot of different areas and the time goes by really quick. I love the treadmill but it's hard on my feet at times.

I've had the injections and I do the strap when I need to. My ortho dr wanted to do surgery but I wasn't able to at the time. I have to wait now cause of my job, blah blah blah. Thanks for the thoughts though! I appreciate it!
