Running errands tomorrow and of course the gym, driving two hours on Sunday to spend the day with my family for my great nieces bday party and hopefully Monday I'll get to see one of my best friends that I havent seen in months. And NOT stressing about anything the whole time! Hope you all have a good weekend!

I've noticed the same thing recently with myself. I had a plateau in my weight and I wasn't sweating at all. But I was before, and I am starting to sweat again and I'm losing weight again. I just thought it was me lol

I can definately see a difference. great job!
