I only have one so far, want more though. MIne is a butterfly which doesn't have much meaning to me, except the body of it is a cancer ribbon that is half pink, for my grandma who I lost to breast cancer, and half grey, for my dad who I lost to lung cancer.

I did this this last edit, I think it turned out ok Edited post to say that if it wasn't for the gutter my mind would be homeless these days with thoughts of this man, and the pictures from Bel Ami

When I did weight watchers, they had banked points that you could use when you go out to eat, have a special meal, or something like that. Personally on here I look at both my daily calories and my weekly calories, I try to stay below my limit daily, but if once a week or so I have a 'cheat day/meal' I dont feel as bad…

for me right now it's easier to break it up into shorter workouts, because I'm still trying to get back into shape & would just get frustrated if I went for a longer workout

I like the Thai Chopped Chicken Salad, if I remember correctly it's less than 400 calories for the full salad including the dressing, and very filling.

I use the crystal light packets, and there is even a few flavors with caffeine, which is the hardest thing for me about cutting down on pop as much as I have. I've been so used to the caffeine, that if I don't have any, I'll get a nasty headache

I had my weigh-in yesterday, down 2 since last thursday, and 5.6 or so since the first (i know a good deal of that was water retention because of the salt) I'm at 256.6 which is only 1.6 over my goal for this challenge

Week 1 went ok, was better than usual on water, just had a problem getting exercise in. Official weigh-in tomorrow afternoon before my hydro pilates class. My picture isn't exactly representing my running with vampires, however he is one of the best friends of Robert Pattinson, and co-wrote Never Think from the first movie…

I've never tried exercising through a migraine, if I get one, I have to take my meds & go into a dark room & pass out

If you like Jackson, watch Last Airbender, or look up on youtube his band 100 Monkeys. Theres a video from the show I went to called Hot Fudge, they do an Improv song where the audience picks a topic & they have to come up with a song on the spot

I am addicted to Criminal Minds (love Shemar Moore), and love the episode with Jackson.

I don't think it makes any difference, just log the calories from it

I've read & loved both those. I posed a link to the one I have posted, it's not in the league of those two though

Don't let yourself get overwhelmed. I need to lose about the same as you, I set my first goal as 10% less than my starting weight, to me, it's less depressing to say I need to lose 28 pounds instead of I need to lose 135 pounds, then as I reach each 10% goal, I plan on resetting the goal to be 10% less than that weight
