I have the same problem, I'm usually not hungry at all through the migraine, but then once it's gone, I just want to eat. I actually add a note to my food log that I had a migraine, so I know why i was going out of control

Ok, I decided to just start over with today's weight on the new scale as my starting weight. It's depressing to see 0 pounds lost instead of 26, but it's just a new beginning, and a new committment to staying on track

I've basically quit drinking pop, and I was travelling a few weeks ago & got a vanilla coke out of the vending machine & it tasted like syrup to me

Thanks. I had the entire current channel to myself last night for water walking, and there was eye candy who looked like Ashton Kutcher swimming laps in the next section of the pool, so I stayed distracted by ogling him & got a much longer workout in because I wasnt paying attention to the clock :)
