I have several co-workers doing the HCG diet, and I've lost just as much weight as they have, despite it being over a bit longer time (maybe 2 months) It seems to be only a quick fix, and as soon as they go off the 500 calories/day the weight comes back, plus they are almost impossible to be around, with that low of…

I set mini goals for myself, on here, I've set my goal weight at 10% less than my start weight, then once I hit that goal, I'll change it to the next 10%. For me it seems more obtainable to say i want to lose 28 pounds than to say I want to lose 143 pounds (what it would take to get me to a 24 (normal) bmi).

The one thing that has helped me with stopping soda is the crystal light packets. Theres even one or two that have caffeine in them, so if the caffeine in the soda is part of the addiction (it was for me) this will keep you from getting headaches from withdrawl

I have several co-workers who are doing the HCG diet. They've all dropped a bunch of weight fast, but at only 500 calories a day, it can't be healthy & they're all cranky. I know as soon as they start eating nomally again, they'll gain it all back

thanks, wednesday was actually not a good day for me. I worked midnight-8:30am & my system was all screwed up because of the shift change. I realized halfway into the shift that I was just snacking out of control and I think I was able to reign in it, but I did go over on calories for the day because of it

It's not the same exactly, but I had a buffet style work dinner at a very good restaurant a few weeks ago. I just had a little bit of what I wanted & was still able to enjoy a glass of wine

I'm at work also, I had a Dole peach cup in light syrup with cinnamon & brown sugar. It's 70 calories, and tastes like peach pie filling.
