The entree wasn't even something that I thought would be that bad, just tuna steak & the veggies. I'm sure the sodium was from the soy sauce

Try to eat back at least some of the exercise calories, personally I don't let my net calories go below 1250 when I work out. And for the other problem, I'm a pharmacy tech, and I've heard many pharmacists I work with recommend Miralax

In my opinion, yes to both questions. I bought it because it was a game system that you didnt just sit around & play. I don't have the wii fit, but I use the wii sports, Just Dance 2 & 3, and Golds Gym dance workout all the time for cardio

I just changed my goal on the spreadsheet because if the scale at the gym was right, I lost 8 pounds in the last week, and that brought me within a pound of my original goal

Thanks for the answers. In the past I've only counted cleaning if its above/beyond normal daily activities, or laundry, since my laundry room is in the basement, and living alone that is not a daily activity. I do have my lifestyle set to sedentary because when I'm at work, I spend 8 hours at a desk

day 1 - tracked everything, stayed under on calories, had 7/8 glasses of water, didn't make it to the gym though, but did get some house cleaning done that sent me up & down stairs several times

I now have no excuses for not working out. I went today & paid the first month of an annual pass at the Natatorium, and did my hydro-pilates class. Tomorrow hopefully I'll make it through both water walking and water aerobics

I'm not sure if one day can blow it or not. On the biggest loser last night they said the average American eats 4500 calories on thanksgiving, 200 grams of fat
