If your weight loss is good, continue on as you are. If you want to switch your goals to performance make a change .
-
Why would you change to 1/2 pound per week instead?

White potatoes are on the chart, they are actually off the chart because of their high satiety rating!
-
They look immense! Absolutely love sausages like that (personal fav is grillwurst from Austria!)

How do you get your carbs, which foods?

I reckon if your doing a 10k your going to want to do it sub 1 hour? Just eat as you would for training and perhaps pack an energy gel and use it if you need a quick boost!

That is a poor splurge! Your still within limits! A good splurge would be: Breakfast: full pizza 1200 calories Brunch: Big Mac Meal 900 calories Lunch: Stir Fry 800 calories Tea: Chicken Tikka Massala with beers 2000cals Supper: applie crumble custard and cream 700cals

This is a terrible example as both peanut butter and oats are extremely calorie dense and probs not a good idea in any case for weight loss... If she was only a quarter cup over on broccoli for example there would only be a difference of 5 cals.

No that's no problem, eat as many eggs as you want, it still won't be a problem :)

I just use it to track my weight and measurements and to gain knowledge from other users.

I never weigh or count calories, I just eat foods low in calories and high in protein and fibre. For instance I had steak and vegetables. There was so many vegetables I had to use two plates, one for the meat and one for the veg. I think if you eat rice and other grains, wheat products weighing is probably pretty relevant

What about coconut oil for cooking?

Frozen veg is cheap. Frozen chicken legs are cheap. Mince isnt too expensive. Eggs are cheap. Chopped tomatoes are great (tinned, super cheap). Tinned Fish is great. Onions garlic mushrooms and herbs are cheap and add flavour Hope this helps!

Just limit fruit a bit if you want to lose weight quickly. Fruit = fructose = insulin spike. But they are fantastic for a post workout glycogen boost!!

I've been following an almost strict (getting stricter) Paleo diet for the past couple of weeks. Seems to be working a treat! Only difficuilty is my endurance based training and recovery with regards to that.

1 egg = 80 cals. Not really very much
-
Depends on goals and how quick you want to get there.

Oatmeal always left me hungry, no matter what quantity (even around 700 calories worth). Changed to eggs, bacon sausage. Works a treat.

Eat less to lose fat. Lift weight to increase muscle size. Eat protein to repair muscles. Sleep at least 8 hours. Repeat.
