@deepwoodslady, {{{hugs}}} Donna. I've have been trying to pin down the reason for my recent DAILY bread carb eating. Doesn't feel like stress, although it could be. I have not been taking my vitamins, B 12 and B complex specifically. Been slacking on the magnesium too. I'm sure that's it for me.
