Well I love that I have lost inches in my neck! But the problem I have had is I measured then remeasured and entered the information, and the first set of measurements are no where to be found. Does anyone know how to look up past measurements from neck waist ect.?

This is how you figure out what your lowest body weight should be : If you are a woman, at 5 feet you should weigh no less than 105 add 5 pounds for every inch after that, so at 5'4" you should weigh 120 at the lowest, because of different body types sometimes more is OK too. 110 is probably too low for you.

Just try to eat high protein high vegi, and fruit. And if you want a carb it's OK, think of it as a lifestyle change, in real life sometimes we eat carbs. But there should be some meals without any bread, don't worry about the carbs in vegis. If you are counting your calories you will loose the weight.

It depends on if you are weighing at the same time every day on an empty stomach, just drink a big glass of water and reweigh and you will see what looks like a gain but is not. Are you using the same scale everyday, are you wearing the same clothes every time. the last time you went to the bathroom?
