I don't do "the" barre workout, but I am a dancer (ballet, modern, jazz, etc.) and we use the barre often. The barre is great for toning and stretching!! Whenever I take a break from dance and then return, I can see a change pretty quickly!

I recently switched to Stevia and I really like it! It's got a good taste and dissolves really fast. I've even made banana bread recently using half sugar and half stevia. It was great!

Depending on thickness, 5-10 mins per side. I think broiling is nice because it doesn't dry it out! You can also marinate in things…

Hello!! I just completed my first week of P90X! They recommend you get a pull up bar for your door frame, but you can always do bent over rows with weights instead for your back. I recommend getting either light and medium resistant bands or weights varying from 5-12 pounds. You do not need weights for the workouts, but it…

As long as you do your moves at a normal hour, your neighbors won't care! Just try to land softly. I live on a second floor apartment. Our downstair neighbors are friendly and open and have never complained about daytime sounds! They're actually very noisy themselves

If your phone supports it, get the MyFitnessPal App!! And log EVERY thing you eat! On days I work/have class, I make my lunch the night before and pre-log it into my diary so I know what kind of breakfast and dinner I can have! Best of luck on your journey!!

Hahaha! I'm supposed to start it soon too!! I know people do supplemental cardio workouts along with P90X so I see no reason why you couldn't, as long as you have the time! I'm going to keep dancing while doing it =)

I'm no expert, but I've heard that if you eat fewer calories than you are recommended to eat then your body could go in to starvation mode and begin storing all of your calories as fat instead of using them. It is important to eat the amount of calories your body needs to work properly. Bump him up to the recommended…
