Real chicken. Not processed. Turkey burgers have added stuff. If you make your own turkey burger with ground turkey, that's a good option too.

Quit thinking and just do it. You won't regret going but you will regret staying home and skipping out on your workout.

I'm sorry but you won't get sympathy from me. I work a full time job (demanding career , corporate world), have 2 boys who are active in sports and other school activities, I travel for work frequently, my husband also travels for work, I serve on numerous boards, and still find the time. It's all about time management and…

I do supersets for weight training and HIIT for cardio. oh..BTW...loove your profile pic...Christina Halkiopoulos is HAWT!!! Love her. And she is SUPER sweet in person.

I plan EVERY meal, EVERY bite and no deviating. When it's party time, I eat before the party and bring my own food. I step away for a few minutes and go eat in my car so no one gives me crap about it. Then i go back in and enjoy the party with everyone else.

From a size 30 (10) to a size 25 (2) in jeans. From a size L to size S/XS in tops. From a size 10 dress to a size 0/2.

I'm waiting for my flight to board so nothing really. Already hit the gym and all emails, reports are done. so basically...Not a darn thing.

I agree. I think fit men can appreciate the work that a toned woman puts in to looking like it.
-
Agreed. I love to lift...not little weights either. :) Loving the toned look versus just skinny.

Depends on your goal. If it's just to lose weight, then yes. Expend more calories than you intake. Otherwise, no, your nutritional macros matter.

No complex carbs after 4pm

Hello- I regularly carb cycle and change the cycles and amounts frequently too (about every 4-6weeks). My diet is guided by my trainer and nutritionist with regular visits to my dr. too. I've been very successful on it and lost nearly 48 lbs. I've just recently changed my goal to lose another 10 lbs. Add me if you'd like.

Here's my way of attacking the event... 1. schedule the meal earlier in the day. Instead of dinner out, do lunch or an early dinner. 2. make healthier food selections. If not possible (rare), then reduce the serving size. I'll still have the meal but maybe 1/3 or at most 1/2 of it. 3. do 2 high intensity cardios that day…

You can't eat or exercise for tomorrow or to undo what you did the day before. After a long period of sleep (at least 4 hours) then you have basically reset your day. So basically plan your calories eaten and burned for each day...not multiple days.
-
take a look at the glycemic index for the food you are eating. Lots of times, the foods you are eating are the culprit for feeling hungry sooner and such a ravenous rate.
-
You can use the cardio setting for weight training...IF and ONLY if you raised your heart rate to 60-85% of your MHR consistently for a long period. Little burst here and there should not be counted as it will give you a skewed calories burned.

Pink, LMFAO, Ludacris, Katy Perry, and Distrubed for running.

That's exactly what my doctor. nutritionist, AND trainer told me. But as you know, there are also LOTs of experts on MFP. We just have to listen to who we individually believe are true experts. For me, it's my doctor, trainer, and nutritionist.

They're usually groups who do challenges together or are in a challenge together. They close the group so that everyone starts at the same time and the moderator or person tracking the challenge won't have to keep adding new people. At least that's why I think they close it.

unsweetened almond milk...35 calories and taste great.

I do low carbs and carb cycling and do experience the reduced energy. That's just part of it. To overcome this, I usually save my carb intake as a pre-workout meal. So if I ma only having one serving of carb that day, I have it right before my workout so I can have the energy. For example, I will make a protein shake with…

Agree with MrsSWW. . Also- rice and pastas can differ in weight and measurement after cooked. There is a big difference in calories from 1/2 c uncooked rice to 1/2c cooked rice. The same with meats and vegetables.

Bra size will depend on the manufacturer too. Or you are in between sizes which is why you are getting different results. For me, after the weight loss, I went from 36D to 34 C but latched on the very first hook. However, I can also fit in a 36C but latched/hooked on the very last hook. I say go to a good bra store and…

Several things to consider-- 1. PMS causes your weight to fluctuate the week before and some days after TOM. 2. Time of day you weighed yourself. Keep it consistent and if you can, weigh yourself naked. 3. Have you eaten anything full of sodium. Could be water weight 4. Are you constipated? decrease in bowel movement makes…

I have a home office and have 2 sons (15 and 9 years old). Although they are no longer babies at home, their schedule still dictates my day. For me, I schedule my workouts just like I schedule all their events, appointments, and activities. I will workout whenever and however I can fit it in...no matter what...whether it's…

Flat and easy paths won't burn lots of calories. However, increased cadence with hills will increase your heart rate and burn burn burn those calories away. Have you tried spin classes? They're wonderful and burns tons of calories. You can also adjust the intensity to your level and accommodate any injuries if needed.
