Try a little almond extract if you have it for the vanilla. The cinnamon is an excellent addition to this as well.

I love my Diet Coke, but it gives me wicked migraines. I feel much better when I drink unsweetened tea and water. Headaches go away. Also seems to keep the snacking down.

100% agree by going to a running store, not just your local big box athletic store. They will fit you properly and the price is normally very close to what the big stores sell. I've gotten my last 2 pairs of running shoes there and haven't had the issues with shin splints or ankle rolls that I did when I tried to fit…

Yes. If I have extra calories left at the end of the day I'll drink a glass of milk or have a spoonful or two of peanutbutter.....not the junk food that seems to call my name way too often. If I can't eat them back cause I'm not hungry - ehhh, no big deal. :smile:

^^^^^ Perfectly said. End of the day - do what's best for the kids (if you have them). My kids know both parents love them, but they also don't' expect us to be "buddy-buddy" with each other. No one can tell you a timeframe to let the anger go towards him. Only you can determine that.

I weigh in once a week. If I weigh daily and I'm up even a little bit I friek out and get down on myself and it totally demotivates me. For now weekly works for me and keeps me in check. It helps to be part of a challenge as well to keep you accountable.
