Grill up brekkie! Eggs, bacon, mushooms... Tuna salad for lunch or chicken stir fry? Sounds interesting. I've looked into it for my 'love handles'! Giving it until the start of summer being really strict with diet and exercise and if they don't shift I'm gonna go for it.

I'm trying to get 140g per day and it is hard sometimes. I have a can of tuna a day and optimum nutritions gold standard extreme chocolate whey, I think it tastes nicer with water instead of milk so that helps! Yep I have always done this and never hit a plateau, the weights always come off great. I think because your mixing it up, calorie wise, day to day, it helps boost metabolism. Its like integrating a naturally occurring spike day or days into your plan!

Pleased to know I'm not the only one still breastfeeding an 18 month old! He nurses a lot still also. Hoping he grows out of it soon! On topic- I don't give myself the cals if I feel I don't need them but if I'm hungry I'll dip into them and I use the night time only feeds option in the tracker. Think it's about 170 cal.
