  • I've got the Impact Free sports bras (in every colour, some twice). http://www.bravissimo.com/products/lingerie/sports-bras/impact-free-sports/grey-marl/ro10gm/?show=16&sort=1&level=1 For running I like to use this one:…
  • Same here. The cardio machines at my gym are generally A LOT lower than MFP calorie counts.
  • The Mighty Mighty Bosstones - The Impression That I Get Love, love, love it!
  • Yup, about 5 lbs gained every time. I still weigh myself but know not to freak out. I also don't log my weight for a week (I usually weigh myself every 2 days).
  • I (slowly) started to count calories / do more exercise at the beginning of October, and have since lost 10 lbs. So about 3 1/2 months for me, which is quite slow in comparison to some of the numbers here, but I only have a total of 20 lbs to lose to reach my target weight, so I'm very happy with these results.
  • Same here! 5'6'' 154 lbs UK size 10-12
  • Oh, it's terrible at the moment! Especially on Mondays... I have to basically run off from work & secure a treadmill or I'll have to join a queue!
  • Ahhh, am still stuck in Week 2... Had my last run on Friday but due to pain & injury (calf muscle) couldn't complete it. Now, after a weekend of resting (more or less) I'm tackling W2D3 once again. Wish me luck!
  • I don't. I never really have, surprisingly. I credit my mum with that - we always had home-cooked meals for lunch & dinner. Having a pizza for example was a very rare treat. Plus I love to cook & know what goes into my food.
  • I go over every day. And not just by a few grams. I usually at least double it... But as almost of my sugar intake is from natural sources, I frankly don't care.
  • I do my runs at 5.2 mph, 3.8 mph for the walking intervals. I have no idea if that's slow or normal but it's the speed I feel most comfortable at and actually enjoy running at.
  • Oh, and I also love these braised chicken tacos: http://norecipes.com/blog/2011/05/12/braised-chicken-tacos-recipe/ Quite a lot of effort but worth it. Plus, I make lots and then freeze portions for future lunches.
  • I'm a huge fan of BBC Good Food magazine & their website. http://www.bbcgoodfood.com/ Easy & delicious recipes. One of my favourite chicken recipes on there is the one for Jerk chicken kebabs with mango salsa. Incredibly yummy! http://www.bbcgoodfood.com/recipes/1413635/jerk-chicken-kebabs-with-mango-salsa
  • I am very much an hour-glass shape, so I'm dreaming of a body like Selma Hayek's - still keeping the curves in all the right places, but toned and with those great legs!
  • I'm a serious foodie and one of my favourite hobbies is cooking, so I often find myself in the kitchen all evening long, instead of watching TV, preparing that day's dinner, next day's lunch & (most of the time) next day's breakfast. For me it's a way to relax & enjoy something I love doing. Plus it gives me the chance to…
  • I have a really weird collection of songs as well. Some are favourites of mine & some just have the pumping rhythm I need to keep going... I recently posted them somewhere else (can't find the link at the moment), but these are currently featuring on my running list... Earthquake - Labrinth ft Tinie Tempah I'm Sexy and You…
  • Hey there. I'm 26, single (no kids) & have about 12 lbs to go. Would love to know my body fat percentage...
  • I loved W2D1 yesterday! It went by so much faster & I felt great running (which never happened before). My distance hasn't really increased much, but then I'm running quite slowly (I guess).
  • I absolutely love the mustard top on (3). But what a great selection!
  • I absolutely love Bravissimo/Pepperberry! Have been ordering from them for years (while living abroad) and now enjoy having one of their shops just around the corner from work. I especially love their supportive nightwear (strappy tops & night dresses) and their dresses! I have some beautiful pieces that fit perfectly. :)
  • I can relate - however slim I get, my bra size always stays on the large side, currently a UK 32G. Lots of the tops that look cute on smaller-busted girls just look ridiculous on me. I love fitted blouses and tops that are cinched in under the chest. For example: [ These are all from http://www.pepperberry.com ]
  • Oh, wow, Congratulations! I'm still on week 1... ;)
in Week 9!! Comment by rheiah January 2012
  • Now that's impressive! I don't go as far as to adapt my playlist for the intervals, but I do have a few (ever changing) favourites I use for running (when I'm not using a podcast to accompany my training). Currently on the list (please don't judge me...): Earthquake - Labrinth ft Tinie Tempah I'm Sexy and You Know It -…
  • First: Lionel Richie Last: Kaiser Chiefs
  • I've only ever been to Subway once in my life, weirdly enough in Madrid, Spain. And I'm not tempted to go back anytime soon... ;) Though a lot of my colleagues love their lunch deals (especially their soft drinks combo, which I couldn't care less about).
  • I'm not much of a chocolate person, but I've always got that craving for something sweet after dinner... I often just go for some low-fat milk (but not soy - tastes horrible in this combination) + a teaspoon or two of Whittard's Luxury Hot White Chocolate powder. It's sadly quite high in sugar but it satisfies all my…
  • I'm back to Week 1 as well. Re-starting the program after getting injured in November on Week 3... So, today: W1D1! And from experience I can say that it was surprisingly easy to follow the program & it felt great being able to run. BTW, I'm using the NHS podcast. Tried various apps as well, but just found them annoying &…
  • I'd love to join! I enjoy nothing more than cooking & trying out new recipes...
  • I'm a sucker for well-fitting suits, especially for interviews/meetings etc. I've got a few in my wardrobe but as I do work in a very casual work environment, I rarely get to wear them. This one's a nice one from Next (and available as separates in lots of different sizes): http://www.next.co.uk/x4972s3
