Thanks for the reality check...Why did I think these last 7 would be some secret to get rid of. Ive lost 20 so far and just want to jump to the end. So I can shop and know that I will be in the clothes for the long haul. I'll just be patient and keep on plugging along. Thanks!

Definately Pilates!!!!! Any kind. Its all done on a mat, some have resistance bands and things. Very good for whole body and core workouts. I do Pilates with Gin Miller you can get it from walmart only 20.00. Good luck!!!

Just change it up as much as you can.. Add and remove things just for a change of pace. Have you tried any new foods to add to your routine? Maybe you should try to find new things you've never tasted before and add them. Maybe it will spice things up??

Dont really agree with the tummy tuck...I do any excercise which has really helped my middle. They call them leg lifts I think? I totally agree weight loss is one of those things that you just dont bring up unless you sure... In my experience it was between 15-20 lbs that it was noticed. But again, everyones body is different and you lose from different places...

Dont be discouraged that your not getting noticed yet... It will come. What matters is that you know that you've lost and that you feel good about it. The recognition will come with time, just keep up the good work and the compliments will be here before you know it!!!!! Keep up the good work :)

My biggest thing that I do is try not to eat too many carbs. I am italian so my whole life its been pasta and bread. Its been a challenge but... I eat alot of vegetables. I would never forgive myself if I ate that. My body is so use to eating healthy, whenever I eat something I consider bad I feel like total crap. Its totally not worth it.
