I get seltzer water with lemon or lime. Very rare I will get a white wine spritzer.

You need to see the doctor and have additional tests run. This could be so many different things and you need someone to help focus on what it is for you. I do not know what tests you had done previously but a stress test could also show the professionals what is going on while you are exercising. Keep safe.

I am aiming for 160 and when I get there I will reevaluate. As an adult I have never been that weight and want do do what is healthy for me.

Sounds like you have a good plan. I find when my weightloss slows down it is because I am not drinking enough water. Good luck.

I feeel the same way when I am studying. I get a baggy of cereal and that tends to help the hand to mouth thing and satisfies me. I need something that there is a lot of in a serving.

Back away from the fridge. That will not help. Try some of the ideas already suggested. I like brushing my teeth because nothing taste good after that.
