Try this out.. 2 T Chili Powder 2 t Cumin 2 t Oregano 1/2 t Onion Powder 1/2 t Garlic Powder 1/2 t Cayenne Pepper 1/2 t Black pepper No Salt Hope this helps.. I enjoy these flavors a lot hope you do to.

C25K Update. Week 5 Day 3 (5min warmup 20 Min jog) "workout is complete" It felt so amazing being able to jog for 20 mins straight I haven't done that since high school.... I added 15 min elliptical intervals afterward i was in the zone.. :smile:

C25K is amazing I am on Week 5 Day 2 completed. Friday is Day 3 pray for me I don't think I have ever jogged 20mins straight in my life. :smile:

On most days I am between 100-140 depending on if I had an extra protein shake or not. I do NOT eat any past lunch except for once a week. Like the previous post said everyone is different its all about learning how your body reacts to the fuel we give it. Food Is Fuel!

Thank you... I have a ton of them I think I will start a blog with recipes I have tried and use. But here lately I have been using a lot of "turkey cutlets" i have used them as spicy buffalo turkey fajitas , soups or just pan frying in some olive oil they are very versatile and great for you.
