Can you guys believe we have done 5 in a row!? I am very impressed, with myself and all of you. I thought legs/back & abs was rather satisfactory today. I realize part of this is because I run, and so I think my legs are my strong suit, but I also liked that things kept moving instead of repeating the sets. Perhaps, that…

hahaha... Glad you guys agree lean is the look to go for ;) 90 minutes of yoga is a lot. When I did this video before I stopped at one hour and it wasn't really because I was exhausted but more just that I didn't want to do it anymore! If we can get in a groove then hopefully it will have positive mental effects too and…

I had the same problem where I would be incredibly ill after taking a multivitamin. My doctor suggested taking two children's multivitamins (chewable, like Flinstones or even Gummy). They are softer on your stomach. They also don't have the coating that some swallow multivitamins have and that could be the culprit. The…

I have been using 5lbs for everything. It has worked well. I am sore and it is difficult but I don't lose steam and can push through till the end of the video. I suppose at some point I will need to up that to 8lb or 10lbs... But, that might be a couple weeks! And, quite frankly, I would prefer to do more reps than build…

I am glad that you agree ab ripper was hard :) They make it look so easy!!!! I am pleased with myself for finishing three days in a row in their entirety! However, with all the running and the P90X I have been starving and thus eating more, so... we'll see if it results in shedding weight. I always remind myself about…

I have no medical training... this is just my experience! Quick remedy: Take a cold can (soda, beer, a jar of jelly...) and roll it up and down my shins. You need to push a little bit hard. It will ease the pain and it has always helped me overcome them more quickly. Also, take IB profen because it will reduce the…

So... tonight when I laughed, suddenly my abs ached!!! So I am a touch nervous for ab ripper again tomorrow... lol. I thought I didn't work them hard enough because my abs were not sore today until... oh, about 9pm. Guess it's working! I hope everyone has GREAT workouts tomorrow! a.

Finished today! I like this one... but it was hard :) Toward the end I think I just sorta looked like a goofball throwing myself in different directions, hahaha.... The twists helped stretch my back/chest from yesterday so that felt good. I think I will be sore. I have started a marathon training schedule so I'm going to…

West Coast rules! So, what's the verdict on pushup bars? Do they help your wrist not ache?

Hello Lovelies! Thanks for including me in your group! I showed up, pushed play and believe it or not... I finished the video. Sweet! I found that my wrists hurt a lot form the chest/back. He mentions in the video that you can use push up bars to ease that pain... Does anyone else have this problem? Do you guys use push up…

I lived in China for two years and ALL the women there swore by apple cider vinegar (one glass a day) and soy milk (two glasses a day). There is a huge apple cider vinegar market there aimed and women's fitness. So... could be a wives tale, but, my friends who drank it were all far more fit than me!
