ummm, yeah!!!!! So, we went to Jersey Mike's, thought I would treat myself to something other than a salad, so I went with a grilled veggie wrap (wheat wrap, no salad dressing)...it was over 700 calories!!! WTF!!!??? I usually look at menus before I go places, so I know what I should or should not order...next time I will…

I agree, dark chocolate is preferred...but, if you are trying to avoid it in "pure form" maybe try having a Greek yogurt with some cocoa powder mixed in or even sugar free/fat free chocolate pudding. I personally lean towards a good protein bar with chocolate and peanut butter - makes me feel fuller for longer. :)

Dyanna - thought about you today...wondering how day 1 was going for you??? I am glad to hear that you lost some inches. Sometimes the scale can be an enemy or a friend. I got mine at WalMart for under $10 - Amazon and Ebay have it as well. I will be starting it tomorrow, I have to go get a mat...hardwood floor is not nice to your body!!
