I'll add you! I mainly play MW3 and L4D these days!
-
What's great to me about playing COD is my hands are full with the controller so I can't snack!
-
I love the L4D series!!!
-
That's how I look at it too! I also stopped buying junk so I can only snack on healthy stuff when I'm home. But if I want some dark chocolate, you bet I'll go for a walk first!

me! about 10 more to go :)

I'm 5'2" and I do 1200 calories a day. My goal weight is between 105-110, but I've always had a small frame and it's a healthy weight for me. I am vegan, and eat CONSTANTLY throughout the day, and sometimes I don't hit my calorie goal! I mainly eat fresh fruits and veggies, tofu, and some snack foods (rice cakes, granola,…

never!

ok- this is why I rarely post on boards. Someone came on here looking for advice, and someone else is saying that a lifestyle choice that we, as vegans, have made is "bad." Maybe some did it for health reasons, maybe some for moral. Whatever the case, knocking someone else for the way they choose to live is bull****. No…

I'm vegan, and I meet my protein goals every day. I make tofu scrambles for breakfast, and incorporate faux-meat into almost every meal. Seitan is good, as are Gardein products. Beans, lentils and quinoa are great too!

I'm 5'2 3/4", started around 136, currently at 115, goal is between 105-110. Add me if you want! I'm on here daily.

I am too, and I've seen on here that MFP sets the sugar bar pretty low. I go over every day, sometimes by more than 20 grams. I think as long as you are aware of what you're eating, and the sugar is coming from fruits and veggies, it's not so bad :)

just shy of 5'3" - target weight is between 105 and 110. almost there!
-
I log housework if it's more than just normal stuff, like mopping, vacuuming, and straightening up. Sometimes moving furniture and scrubbing floors really gets your heart pumping and you feel it the next day!

i'm just shy of 5'3" and my goal is 110

I think as far as exercising, just listen to your body. You don't want to overdo it, and you'll know when you've had enough. I try to end up with a NET intake of 1200 calories a day, which sometimes mean eating more than that to compensate what you've burned at the gym. For example, today I burned about 400 calories at the…

I keep my diary open to my friends, so add me if you'd like to take a look! I'm vegan and stick to a 1200 calories a day plan, and try to eat back exercise calories. Although I only eat 1200 calories, my lists are looooong. I eat ALL DAY, no joke. Small meals almost every 2 hours. Even today, it's 5:30pm here and I still…

I have 2 indoor cats, and both have claws. I would never consider declawing them. It's inhumane, cruel, and painful. If you absolutely MUST declaw your cat, see if you can find a vet that will do the laser surgery instead of pulling the claws out. Pet stores have many items that you can put around your house to deter…

Absolutely. I usually tip around 20%. I know it becomes more expensive, but if you look at it as a one time payment on a lifelong investment, it's not that bad!
-
That is so rad!!!! Good job! the outfit is super cute too :)
-
you know, I've never had greek yogurt or Nutella. I don't consume any dairy, so I think greek yogurt is out.
-
haha I know you didn't, I always see those pictures on blogs. I used to work out at 24 Hour Fitness in Hollywood and whenever celebrities would be there, people were just gawking. Glad I can work out anonymously!
-
as an LA resident, I would be PISSED if someone was following me around while I was working out. I've seen it out here before, and I must say, UGH!
-
I added you! And anyone else, feel free to add me too! I LOVE THIS SITE!

looks yummy and only 130 calories! http://www.eatingwell.com/recipes/virgin_banana_pina_colada.html

I'm just shy of 5'3", and shoot for 1200 net calories a day. If I'm hungry, I eat more, if not, I don't. Listen to your body. If you're not getting enough calories every day, you will know.
-
I totally should have done the same clothes but I took that picture for something else and noticed the results! As far as the diet, I've never even looked at Jillian's website, so I don't know what she recommends. I try to stay close to or under 1200 net calories every day. I do eat really healthy though; I'm vegetarian so…

Jersey Shore, Hell's Kitchen, THE SOUP!

Oddly enough, I've started listening to This American Life podcasts on the treadmill. Each episode is about 58 minutes, and I find I get so into listening to the stories, I completely forget I'm jogging!

Yesterday, I had my first HOLY *kitten* moment when I looked in the mirror, was so stoked all day for the change....and then had Del Taco at 11:30pm last night. It happens.

I try to eat as many of my burned calories as I can. If you consume too few calories, the app tells you that you're in "starvation mode." My daily goal is 1200 too, but if i burn 400-500 at the gym, I try to eat as many of those back (healthy choices of course!) :)
