Everytime I've come close to my goal weight (within 10 lbs.) I fall off the MFP wagon, and the weight piles back on. I know it's because I'm not making good food choices or exercising nearly as much but I tend to overlook it when I don't have my tracker telling me, woah slow down you are past your cals and it's only 10am!…

I started yesterday :) Downloaded the C25K app on my phone, and I love it. I've always done interval run/walking when I start really getting into running (I have an on again/off again relationship with running haha), but I was always frustrated starting and restarting my stopwatch, so nice to not worry about it and just…

When I was younger I used to be so exhausted I would sleep from 3pm-8am daily and still not feel awake after a battery of tests I found out I was B12 deficient (now looking back, I was a vegetarian and not eating proper amounts of protein). I had B12 shots twice a week and they made the world of difference (it took a few…

Thank you for all your help and encouragement, I'll definitely be checking out the books and links provided :)

Thank you I will check that out! I'm fairly fit cardio wise but have very little upper body strength!

I love crunchy foods, my new favourite is the President's Choice whole wheat melba toasts. They come in a package of 6 for 80 cals. So I get something to munch on and curbs my chip type cravings

I'm a stay at home mom, and do daycare for 1 other kid. So I'm lucky that I get to keep fairly active with walks, playing at the park etc.

I have chocolate powder I mix in the blender with 1/2 cup milk, 1/2 a banana and a handful of frozen berries. It's delicious!

I love quinoa, it's definitely worth the price. I like to serve it with stirfried veggies over top and maybe some teriyaki chicken. I also make muffins using it, and quinoa burgers are fabulous!

You look beautiful! Congrats on the weightloss and keep up the amazing work!

I can't crop the photo, but my face is always the first place I notice weight loss!

Hey I'm somewhat similar, I'm 5'2, 178 lbs. BMI of 31 and on a 1200 cal a day. I'm aiming to lose another 40 lbs. Feel free to add me :)

This has been a huge problem for me too, everytime I near my goal weght (within 10-15 lbs) I just start slacking off and figure oh I don't need to work out today, ehhh fast food for dinner one time won't matter... and all of those excuses usually compound for me til I gain a bunch of weight. I need to stop that way of…

I totally understand that. After having my son, I seriously packed on the pounds (around 40!) I never noticed it, and I wish someone else had told me what was happening, I felt so oblivious, and silly for not realizing!

My all time favourite chicken on my grill is such a simple marinade. Extra virgin olive oil, garlic, Mrs. Dash, and a splah of season salt. Simple and delicious!

A favourite of mine while I'm grocery shopping for just me and the little guy, is to grab a cooked roast chicken (I remove the skin). But then I can have chicken, add some into teriyaki sauce and stirfry, and then when the meat is all gone, throw the bones in the crockpot for a soup. I like getting the most bang for my…

I usually drink 3-4 L a day, but I am forever running to the bathroom to pee!

This sounds amazing. Gotta try this soon!

I started at 195 lbs. wearing a 33/34 jean or a 16 pant. I'm now 150ish and wear a 28/29 jean and a 9 pant.

That's what I was just gonna say! My guilty pleasure! Super low-cal!

I find Level 2 to be the hardest of the three! Level 1 & 3 I find fairly easy, but level 2 kicks my butt!

Thanks everyone! I think I lucked out, cause I'm fairly proportionate, but I've never been "skinny" so I'm not too sure where my ideal weight is, I've picked 130 because it's in the mid-high end of a healthy BMI. But my plan is moreso to tone up, and see where I end up when I'm happy and healthy!

Awesome work! Such a huge difference. Makes me wish I kept my "fat jeans"... they were a 34, and I'm now a 28 would be great to compare!!
