Ugh yes! I was just looking at my favourite pair of jeans, that I splurged on and spent $120 when I lost a significant amount of weight... and I see that there is a small hole forming in the thigh area. One day I'll have thighs that no longer rub together!!

I quite often have a smoothie for breakfast. A yummy, quick and easy breakfast and they are really filling! Plus there are so many options you don't really get bored! I'd defintiely pick up a blender!

I love being crafty. I have a little crayon business - I make molded crayons. I also make play felt food - can you tell I'm a mom of a toddler?! I also sew as much as I can, and love a good DIY project, as well as making all of my holiday decorations. Whenever I get the chance, I like to work on a project :)

Well... as I said today wouldn't be too great! Burned 204 calories, and did my arm exercises for the 2nd day. Still trying to figure out a suitable substitute for the stairs exercise, as we just don't have stairs anywhere nearby!

Ugh don't you hate that?! I'm sure you look great though!! I had one the other night, I was out for a walk with my son, and a group of guys drove by and yelled "eww fat b****!" I wanted to cry, I've lost 50 lbs. 195-145 and finally feeling good about myself! Just more motivation to work harder I guess!

I don't. I normally burn 800-1000 calories a day, and I just could never eat that many additional calories! I eat 1200... ya ya I only net a few hundred, bad me. But it's working I've lost 11 lbs. in the past 45 days. 157 down to 146, so I'm gonna stick with it and if I plateau I'll re-evaluate.

Ah I just started tracking my calcium... I don't even get 1/4 of what I'm supposed to in a day. This is gonna be hard for me, the only dairy I eat is yogurt... guess I'll be stepping up my celery and broccoli intake :S I have a feeling I'm not gonna do good at all this week.

I don't have stairs, nor do I have anywhere in walking distance (except the University, but it's not really somewhere I can take Lucas while I run stairs) with stairs. Until I joined here, I'd never heard of B12 being used for weighloss.
