I'm down 50 lbs. and I never notice it, until I look back at pictures. However these last 15-20 lbs. I see no change, even in pictures. It's definitely frustrating but I know for a fact my clothes fit better!

When I initially started losing weight I went from 195-160 and those 35 lbs. had me down from a 34 jean to a 29 jean. However I've now lost another 15 and I'm only down to a 28 jean. I think (for me anyway!) the more weight I lose the slower it takes to move down a size.

Alright, so there's only a few days left... I'm down to 147... got 2 to go, can I do it?! I've lost 2 since Wednesday (after gaining 1 eek!)... ahh I hope so!

Every day. Not over the top or anything, but I feel so pale and sickly looking without it! I will never ever leave the house without foundation, blush, eyeliner and mascara.

So I just had the BEST night ever. Went out for a girlfriend's birthday BBQ and it was a lot of people I hadn't seen seen in a good 4-5 years. I try to stay with my calories at all times, and when there is a special occassion, I allow myself to eat what I would like, without going overly crazy.

So yesterday I ended up doing 30 minutes Zumba - 265 cals. 45 minutes walking @ 3.5 uphill - 302 cals. and 90 minutes walking @ 3.0 - 302 cals. for a total of 869. Bob. I love love love love my Bob. My son is 2.5 and still loves going for runs in it. I've gone for a few runs with a friends double Bob and it handles almost the same as a single Bob.

I've been thinking the same thing, I carry my 2 yr old (25 lbs) on my back in the Ergo for usually a 1-2 hour walk each day. I usually just input the walk as normal walk and choose my speed, but I KNOW I'm burning additional calories!

Here's my workouts for today: 75 minutes of walking 3.5mph (with Lucas in the carrier on my back, we walked to the park for him to play) - 504 calories 60 minutes of walking 3.0 (took the shorter route home. My BMI is 26.3 which means I'm overweight. I'm 5'3 and 148 lbs. I wear anywhere between an 8 and a 10, and Medium in shirts.
