I go through phases of exercising, then I get bored and don't exercise for a couple of weeks, but usually I do 30 minutes of cardio w/ weights (like walking or jogging with weights) Monday through Friday, and 20 minutes of pilates M/W/F. Do you eat back your exercise calories? Just curious. I don't.

I've made those brownies with the black beans before, an I can voucher for the poster. Those brownies are SUPER tasty. I have only done it with Black beans and chocolate brownies, but I've heard white beans can be used for lighter shades of mixes.

I'm doing 1300 days consistently for the next 6 weeks to try to reset my metabolism, but when I go back to JUDD I will do UD-1500 DD-500. I'm 5'6" and currently 165 labs, and classify myself as "sedentary" (work at a desk all day, put in an hour of walking 5 days a week).

I'm going to start walking outside. I live in Florida so it's kind of silly that I exercise indoors , plus I think the change in terrain will possibly be beneficial. Get some new muscles working, maybe.
