According to the internet, the average calories burned for one 20 minute session (on a 150 pound person) is 167 calories. I'm 166 lbs, so I figure I wouldn't burn much more than a 150 lb person. I just log it as 167 calories.

This came from Kraft Foods website, which is not usually the best source of "healthy" recipes. You could lower the nutritional data even more by using reduced fat cheese and sour cream. Foil Pack Taco Chicken 2 small boneless skinless chicken breasts 2 t taco seasoning ¼ lb red potatoes, thinly sliced ½ c salsa ½ c Mexican…

Up days for me usually run about 1500. Sometimes it can go up to 2000- I love me some wine ;) Down days I stick to 500. Do you factor your calories burned by exercise in to your daily total? For instance, if you burn 300 calories working out on your down day, do you increase your caloric intake to 800? I did the last time…

I've never met anyone else who's heard of this on here either. I imagine most people would have a serious problem with it, but this is the best diet I've ever come across. I lost 10 pounds in the first 6 weeks I did it. I've gotten sidetracked over the summer, but I'm trying to get back on track.

Good Morning Hotties! Last week-164 This week- 164

I've been working on not drinking during the week also! It's tough :) Last night, I had a bottle and a half of wine. On Sunday I'm going to my sister's for football, so we'll probably drink loads there too. I'm going to try to keep it to a minimum today (Saturday).

Hello Hotties! Last week- 162.5 This week- 164  I made the PB cups I wrote about above, and they are fabulous! My boyfriend went back for seconds. I would recommend adding a few tablespoons more water to the pudding, and another tablespoon of peanut butter. Divided by 12, an extra tablespoon isn't going to change the…

This thread is hilarious. I'm so glad I stumbled upon you. I'm a total wino. I opened a bottle last night a poured myself a "getting ready" glass to drink while I was doing my hair and makeup. Then my plans fell through, my boyfriend got home from work early, and by midnight the bottle was empty! Hate when that happens.

While we're all eagerly awaiting week 3's results to be posted, here's a recipe from the "Hungry Girl" cookbook that I'm thinking about trying. To give you a point of reference, Reese's Peanut Butter Cups have 130 calories, 7g fat, and 14 carbs per cup (not per package). chunky & nutty frozen pb cups PER SERVING (1 pb…

There's also a book called the warrior diet. He writes about eating the same way you do. http://www.scribd.com/doc/61580105/OriHofmekler-The-Warrior-Diet-Fat-Loss-Program

Good Morning Hotties! Last week: 163.5 This week: 162.5 Yay! This week I will continue my low fat diet, and complete the last week of my 10 pound slimdown workout plan. It did not help me lose 10 pounds this month, but it did give me a good workout and hey, 1 pound a week is better than the previous month's loss of 0. I…

I looked through my Calorie King book and it looks like the lowest fat pre-made mac & cheese meals are by Healthy Choice (4 grams) and Smart Ones (2 grams). Weight Watchers has more calories and carbs, though. I'm guessing that's because the pasta to cheese ratio is higher than Healthy Choice's, which makes me think…

You could also copy and paste the link to the notes section of your food or exercise diary for that day.

My boyfriend won't eat real beef anymore; he eats ground turkey so often that now he prefers it. He eats turkey tacos almost every week, I'm not exaggerating. My mac and cheese recipe that I said I would post was AWFUL, so I won't subject you. I had to go to the store and buy something else for lunch for the rest of the…

Did I do it? Yes I did! (Real name: France) Last week: 166.5 This week: 163.5 My northern mid west upbringing is still deeply rooted in there somewhere, because even though it's 80 in Miami this week I'm craving some crisp-fall-day comfort food. I'm making a low-cal, low fat mac&cheese this week. If it's any good, I'll…

Well, I gained a pound last week, which I claimed was water weight. So in order to back up my story, I have to lose 3 pounds this week (2 lbs of "water"for last week, plus another pound for this week). I'm not going to lie, I'm a little nervous. I've been sticking to my exercise schedule and keeping my diet low fat, as has…

While Liz is recovering from the flu, here's a easy light recipe for y'all to hold you over until the weigh-in's are posted: Citrus Crunch Chicken 1 each-orange, lemon, and lime (medium sized) 1 pouch of Shake N' Bake Original 4 small chicken breasts, about 4 oz each Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Grate peel from half of…

I don't know about the rest of our group, but I find this thread my going into my profile and clicking on my last post. If the thread changes each week, I fear we'll lose people because they can't locate the new thread for that week. Or they'll post to the wrong thread. I would say keep this thread going the whole time.

Hi everyone! Last week: 165.5 This Week: 166.5 Wrong way scale, wrong way! I believe some of the weight may be retained water...we'll see if it has come off when I weigh in next Monday, or if I have to rethink my diet and exercise plan.

Big Congrats to G.P.K. for getting into a smaller jean size! That's always so satisfying, isn't it? I've been dragging all day, and tonight I had NO desire to workout. AND today was a longer workout day than the previous 2 days this week (figures, right?). But I powered through it and managed to do the whole thing. I…
