weird. If I HAD to *at gunpoint* lift in running shoes, I'd go for my most worn out and least spongey pair in hopes that would **** up my balance the least.

I have trouble with depth of squats in running shoes, and similarly, I feel that they negatively impact my form in deads. So if I'm doing heavy deads or squats I rock my converse all stars... like an all star.

I can clean much better with a 35 lb bar because of hand size. I don't notice it so much with raw strength moves, but I do notice it with explosive oly lifts.

The price I pay is ongoing. It's the time commitment, it's the "abnormal" priorities that frequently make me different in social situations. My week days are crazy long because I choose the gym, even when I've worked a 10+ hour day. I can't go out too late on Friday nights because I hit the gym early on Saturday morning...…

I wouldn't actively seek out skinny, skinnyfat, chubbyfat or "fatass," but I have dated damn near all of them. If I could pick it would be athletic or built-fat.

I prefer someone older than me by at least a small margin. More than 10 years older though seems to give incompatibilities in interests and past experiences (making jokes the other person doesn't get, etc).

You can use it to see what your heart rate is, but you cannot use it to accurately get all day calories. HRMs are not accurate for non-exercise activities. Or really for strength training. Body Media Fit and FitBit devices are made to be worn all day.

That's ridiculous! I don't look before I post... OP, you shouldn't get too lean, intermediately lean is best for starting a bulk.
