To you ladies who are 5'4", some questions :) - what kind of build are you? My deadlift finally caught up to my squats! I'm still newish (almost a year and a half), but I hated being able to squat far more than I deadlift. Oh, back to the OP. I say at least 90% of guys. And is bet that less than 10% of women bench press regularly.

I agree with most of this thread! It sounds like your lean mass is on the low side, I thought my ex was getting too thin because he had relatively low lean mass, like you. You should go to the intermittent fasting group boards. People in the main forums think us IFers are crazy. I do a 14-16 hour fast daily, and love the lifestyle, I've tried day long fasts and didn't like that as much. So you're saying that you look better in your mirror than in other mirrors? If that is the case, check that your mirror is flush with the wall. If it is angled, that's a generally more attractive angle (why most girls take pictures of themselves from above).

We're practically the same person! I'm 25, single, no kids, full time graduate student currently ~145, probably looking to be between 135 and 140 I aim to net about 1500 and I'm a gym rat, I prefer lifting over cardio, but I try to get some in occassionally!

I know you weren't asking for other people's opinions, so that's why I'm giving you mine: Be careful with heavy cardio and low calories, you could end up burning muscle instead of fat. A moderate calorie deficit and resistance training provides a stimulus for your body saying that your muscles are necessary!
