Busy day today, so just getting a chance to check in before bed. This was the first week I didn't lose at least a pound. I lost .4 pounds. I'll take it, though. At my last checkup, my A1C test showed that my blood sugar levels are in the pre-diabetic range instead of the diabetic range. This was a big deal for me :)

I lost 1.6 pounds this week. That seems to be the magic number for me for some reason... I drank 8 c water 7 days I ate 2 svgs fruit 6 days I ate 3 svg veggies 1 day :( I avoided sugary snacks 4 days I logged all food 6 days I exercised 30-45 minutes 2 days and over 45 minutes 3 days.

I lost two pounds this week. I drank 8 cups of water 6 days. I ate two servings of fruit 7 days. I ate three servings of veggies 3 days. I had no candy or sugary snacks 5 days. I logged all food eaten 7 days I worked out 30+ minutes 4 days. I worked out 45+ minutes 2 days.
